Charter Bus Terms and Conditions

A American Coach accepts deposits for confirmation of charter buses from groups, individuals and business.

Terms for deposit to secure a charter bus date(s) and time.

Based on our quote for a charter bus, we require a 20% deposit.

Deposit for day trip charter, accepted a minimum of 7 days in advance.

Cancellation of day trip charter requires 5 days notice prior to trip, 75 % of deposit will be returned. Less than 5 days, no deposit returned.

Deposit for charters of 2 or more days, accepted for confirmation a minimum of 7 days in advance with availability confirmed.

Cancellation of multiple day charter refund schedule:
90% refund of deposit for 30 days or more notice,
75% refund of deposit for 21 days or more notice,
50% refund of deposit for 14 days or more notice.
No refund of deposit for less than 14 days in advance notice.

Cleaning and Equipment Security Deposit Required

Starting in 2009 a cleaning and equipment deposit of $200 per bus will be required upon buses arrival in addition to a confirmation deposit. This deposit will be returned if the bus is returned reasonably clean and undamaged.

Tolls

A American Coach Tours Inc pricing structure includes tolls. However, parking charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Overtime

Customers will incur an additional rate of $80 per hour for late start back.

Damage to a Vehicle

If an A American Coach Tours Inc charter bus vehicle is damaged during chartered trip, charges to customer will be incurred.

Final Payment

Final payments are due in full before the chartered bus departs from the pick up location.
