We are a skilled staff that provides electronic assembly for manufacturers and we also provide system assembly including the software. We design custom driven software design and hardware. We also design and develop test apparatus to test board level as well as system level. We provide the following service with quality, reliability, and at an affordable cost.
Electronic Assembly
- We do contract work for electronic assembly at a board level and system level.
- We do first article build including
wire wrap scheme if necessary.
- We also can create technical test procedures, operating procedures and general documentation including
reverse engineering.
Software
- We do design custom software drivers for unique interface of fixtures and P.C.
- We also do design test software to qualify
board level and system function.
- Give us the specs and limits and we will do the rest.
Hardware
- We can design interface fixtures to test board or system using the P.C.
- We also can design independent test fixtures, stand
alone system without interface to P.C. In this design, we use PIC,
- Microchip controllers.
