Getting started with Suburban Concierge & Errand Service is easy! Simply follow the steps listed below and review the information pertaining to our service, billing, and payment policies. How It Works
ü Complete the Contact Us section of our website, e-mail us direct at sCe2do@aol.com or
call us at 847-344-5299.
ü Choose to use our services A La Carte or purchase one of our pre-paid “Block
of Time” Membership Packages.
ü Tell us what services you need.
ü We will
then contact you to obtain the specific details of your request and, if applicable, prepare a service agreement and collect payment
for any membership packages.
ü Begin using Suburban Concierge & Errand Service by submitting your
requests by phone or email.

Scheduling Your “To Do List”
ü We require 24 hours notice on all requests. However, depending on our schedule, we will attempt to provide you with same day help, if possible.
Billing Time
ü A one-hour minimum is charged on all services. Additional time is billed in 15-minute
increments. Hours are tracked and billed from the time we leave our office until the requested task is completed. Hours
used include up to 15 miles of travel. Additional mileage is billed at $0.50 per mile.
Payment Options
ü Payment is required upon completion of the service. You will receive an invoice that details your service along with receipts
for any purchases made. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. Payment is for services rendered by Suburban Concierge
& Errand Service and DO NOT include charges for third party vendors, merchandise, taxes or fees associated with the completion
of a clients’ request. If we will be shopping or paying others on your behalf, we recommend that you obtain a pre-paid Visa/MC
card for Suburban Concierge & Errand Service to use for additional vendor payments or purchases.
Cancellations
ü We require a 24-hour notice on all cancellations or a $25.00 fee will be applied.
Privacy
Policy
ü All personal and credit card information collected by Suburban Concierge & Errand Service will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge and errand services and billing for services rendered. At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party except for purposes of completing the client’s financial obligation to Suburban Concierge & Errand Service.
