“Block of Time” Membership Packages
“Block of Time” Memberships are valid from the beginning to the end of the month and services can start at anytime within that month. Unused hours are not refundable and cannot be carried over to the following month unless another “Block of Time” Membership Package is purchased. Example: 3 hours left in your first month, purchase an additional month of 8 hours and your total hours of service for the new month will be 11 hours.
Recipients can transfer any unused hours to another individual provided that person uses the remaining time before the end of the month. “Block of Time” Membership hours redeemed are for services rendered by Suburban Concierge & Errand Service and DO NOT include charges for third party vendors, merchandise, taxes or fees associated with the completion of a client’s request. Hours redeemed begin from the time we leave our office until the requested task is completed and include up to 15 miles of travel. Additional mileage is billed at $0.50 per mile.
Basic “Block of Time” 5-9 hours of monthly Concierge Service Receive a 10% discount off the A La Carte rate. ($27.00 per hour)
Deluxe “Block of Time” 10-19 hours of monthly Concierge Service Receive a 15% discount off the A La Carte rate. ($25.50 per hour)
Premium “Block of Time” 20 or more hours of monthly Concierge Service. Receive a 20% discount off the A La Carte rate. ($24.00 per hour)
